Goals for April

  • Chalean Extreme - 3 times per week
  • Do an abs workout 3 times per week
  • Cardio workout - 3 times per week
  • Focus on eating fruits and veggies
  • Cook dinner twice a week
  • Keep running! Increase distance gradually so 10K race on May 1st isn't painful
  • Stretch 4 times a week
